Mentoring Program. TEEI links job seekers with successful professionals in the community who can provide peer-based practical and emotional support along with educational and social opportunities. The Mentoring Program was developed to aid job seekers in building stronger social networks and community ties and to help job seekers gain confidence by connecting them with successful transgender and trans-allied mentors who can share their job experiences.
Social and Educational Community Events: TEEI organizes panel discussions, social activities and other events focused on strategies for your job search, inspiration for your career, tips for transitioning in the workplace, and more.
